1. Company incorporated in Malaysia.
2. Malaysian Technology Start-ups backed by VCs and/or government agencies.
3. Majority owned by Malaysian or majority of the staff are Malaysians or majority of revenue generated in Malaysia.
4. Acquired Series A financing or beyond.
5. Strong shareholders, management & technical strength & expertise.
6. Significant next series funding potential with sustainable and scalable business and revenue model.
