Qualification Criteria
Evaluation is on a case-by-case basis but at minimum to meet the following requirements:
- In the E&E / RE Sector.
- Technologically disruptive with the potential to be able to improve efficiency in the market.
- Product that is deemed to have achieved a level of readiness that meets the requirements for commercialisation.
Term and Condition:
Equity investments via investment agreement or shareholders agreement with terms and conditions varying depending on stage of company, management team, company valuation, etc
