Qualification Criteria
Criteria for individuals:
1. Malaysians
2. Non-Malaysian residing in Malaysia
Criteria for company:
1. Less than five (5) years old at the point of application.
2. Accumulated revenue of the company must not be more than RM3 million.
3. The company must be at least fifty-one percent (51%) Malaysian-owned (or a
majority of the employees must be Malaysians if less than 51%).
4. The company must have the necessary intellectual property rights to its
products.
5. No other company holds 25% or more shareholding in the company.
6. No paid-up capital requirement
