Scope of Funding

A financing rebate of up to 1% per annum from MDV’s existing profit rate is available for eligible companies under the program. The program provides credit financing facility for Energy Efficiency (EE) and Energy Savings-based projects undertaken by Energy Service Companies (ESCO) in the building sector with the aim to accelerate the growth of ESCOs business in the country and strengthen their financial credit profile.

Qualification Criteria

1. Majority owned by Malaysian to enjoy CGC/Government Guarantees.
2. Commercialised Products & Services.
3. Minimum of five (5) employees with qualified technical teams and partner credentials.
4. Minimum paid-up share capital of RM100,000; subject to total financing requirements.
5. Viable Energy Savings-based Projects & Contract.
