The purpose of this report is to present the Case Studies on COVID-19 Vaccination Rollout Programme to MOSTI. This report is prepared by UPUM Sdn Bhd (UPUM) which represents groups of researchers in four universities who are conducting research on four different angles of the COVID-19 vaccination roll-out programme (PICK). The universities are UCSI University, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and Universiti Malaya (UM). The report contains sections on each of the projects (or referred to as “cases”) describing the findings, conclusions and recommendations of each case. The study covers the important segments of the society which are directly and indirectly affected by the PICK programme which include individuals, businesses, ministries, Government agencies and regulators.
