1. SME incorporated under the Companies Act 1965/2016 or enterprises registered under the Registration of Business Ordinance 1956. 2. At least 60% equity/ownership held by Malaysians. 3. Possess a valid business license issued by local authority. 4. In operation for more than 6 months.

1. To accelerate local SMEs in adoption of e-commerce and encourage & increase utilization of digital technologies among local SMEs as a means to escalate competitiveness & efficiency and marketability. 2. Soft Financing i. Financing amounts up to Ringgit Malaysia One Million (RM1,000,000) per application. ii. Margin of financing up to 90% of the total costs (as per eligible items) including legal fees related to the financing and financing tenure up to 5 years.
