1. An SME or Non-SME duly registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), professional regulatory bodies or other statutory bodies. 2. At least 51% equity/ownership held by Malaysians. 3. Possess a valid business license issued by local authority. 4. In operation for at least 2 years or start-up company in operation for 6 months subject to directors/shareholders/key management having at least 5 years experiences in relevant field.

1. To motivate firms within the manufacturing sector and those offering related services to modernise and automate their manufacturing processes and associated services. 2. Soft Financing: i. Financing available up to Twenty Million Ringgit Malaysia (RM20,000,000) per application. ii. Financing margin of up to 100%, with a tenure extending up to 25 years.
