This report presents a series of case studies on the COVID-19 Vaccination Roll-out Programme in Malaysia, conducted by UPUM Sdn Bhd in collaboration with four universities. The studies cover various aspects of the vaccination program, including user acceptance, agility, social and economic impacts, and cold chain management with ICT. The findings highlight the importance of addressing low vaccine acceptance for achieving herd immunity and the need for effective communication and marketing campaigns. The report also emphasizes the significance of strategic preparedness for future health crises and the collaborative effort required in managing the vaccine cold chain logistics. Overall, the COVID-19 vaccination program is seen as a vital step toward improving public health and socioeconomic recovery in Malaysia. |
